Studies for “Nine Panels and Seventy-Two Lines”. These artworks are part of my Black & White series. One of my inspirations has been the work of Ellsworth Kelly (@ellsworthkellystudio ). The series uses cheap and disposable materials.

Select mixed media artwork. The artwork is constructed of paper cutouts which are painted and then applied to wood panels. Each artwork is made up of hundreds of cutouts to create a dense congested three-dimensional space resulting in works that balance painting and sculpture.
