Failure 01
Giclée print on Slickrock Metallic Pearl paper
30 in x 40 in

FAILURE 01 is a part of a series of giclée prints derived from corrupted electronic signals recorded directly from a single screen. Using an intentionally unstable input chain, the series documents a continuous process of degradation: a system attempting, and ultimately failing, to synchronize with its source.

Each artwork is extracted from multiple image captures, collapsing motion and electronic instability into a single frame. The artwork is presented in strict chronological order, chosen not for aesthetic preference but for temporal accuracy. What begins as fragile legibility gradually dissolves into interference, abstraction, and noise.

Displayed using acrylic face-mounting, the works take on an industrial-like presence, distancing it from traditional modes of gallery display. FAILURE 01 becomes both record and residue: an image losing its referent, a signal overtaking content, and a technological system revealing its limits.
